




















Description
This position will contribute to the preparation, analysis and release of the Group financial consolidated statements, in accordance with IFRS and USGAAP, internal control requirements and Group financial calendar. You will interact with a diverse population including TechnipFMC worldwide finance and corporate teams and external auditors.
As part of the Group Consolidation Team, Your main accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and analyze the consolidated financial statements of a portfolio of subsidiaries.
- Review/assist team in the preparation of annual and quarterly US GAAP financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and statement of stockholders’ equity) and other financial information to support SEC and other public filings.
- Review/assist team in preparation of supporting schedules, roll forwards and journal entries.
- Establishing ad hoc consolidated analysis as per IFRS and USGAAP.
- Work closely with the external auditors for our quarterly reviews and annual audit of the consolidated financial statements and related internal controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
Work Environment:
Spends 90% of time in an office/remote work environment. Travel as needed up to 10%.
Physical Demands:
70-80% of time spent on a computer. 20% - 30% of time spent problem solving/communicating with personnel. Fast paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change. Travel as needed up to 25%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent area of study. Masters preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant consolidation experience.
- Ability to work independently under general guidance and with self-initiative.
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Demonstrates effective leadership, motivation, and teamwork in a dynamic, multicultural business environment.
- Demonstrates exceptional planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good mastery of PC skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Candidates must be able to work and reside in the country without sponsorship legally.
