Description

Our client who is an AI-driven online brokerage headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, financial crime prevention, and second-line compliance oversight. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with MAS regulations, exchange requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments and provide compliance advisory.
• Maintain compliance policies, regulatory reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and STR reporting.
• Conduct trade surveillance, compliance monitoring, and incident management.
• Support licensing, audits, regulatory engagements, and compliance projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, preferably within securities or derivatives brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and SGX/exchange rules.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
