Job Description:
This job is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to clients and prospects that may be in the United States (US) or global. Key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams along with increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio and partnering closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities. Job expectations include providing product knowledge to deliver the best possible solution to meet the client and prospect's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drives responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leads client facing treasury presentations
- Partners with bankers and Product Specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying new opportunities based on client-focused cost and benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis
- Leads pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and Year over Year (YoY) growth
- Consults within the Client Management Process (CMP) on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationship through thoughtful identification of client needs
- Fosters digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real time payments adoption and manages strategic dialogues around key client centric issues, while leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning
- Leads, coaches, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA), Treasury Sales Officers (TSO), and Treasury Sales Client Officers (TSCO) in day-to-day support of client deliverables
- Maintains an in-depth client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structure

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight years Treasury Management Sales experience
- Demonstrates direct and comprehensive treasury and cash management sales experience
- Applies expertise in global treasury management products, services and trends to effectively identify, evaluate and articulate solutions and concepts
- Maintains client satisfaction by balancing competing priorities
- Builds strong relationships and manages risks through effective collaboration with clients and teams
- Displays strong executive presence
- Demonstrates confidence in driving the agendas with Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers and Operations Leaders
- Demonstrates willingness to travel at least 25% - 50% of the time
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Holds a Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent
- Experience selling treasury or cash management solutions to asset management, alternative asset managers (Private Capital) or broker dealer segments
- Effectively delegates tasks and leads smalls groups
- Seeks to continuously improve processes and one's own education
