Job Description
- Lead the origination, structuring and execution of energy, infrastructure and transportation financing transactions across APAC, with a strong emphasis on Australian opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, corporates, institutional investors and government-linked stakeholders.
- Advise clients on optimal financing strategies across project finance, structured finance, syndicated lending and capital markets solutions.
- Lead transaction execution including due diligence, financial modelling, credit analysis, term sheet negotiation, documentation and closing.
- Partner closely with syndication, distribution, coverage, risk, legal and compliance teams to deliver successful financing outcomes.
- Present investment and credit recommendations to internal approval committees and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance, identifying refinancing, amendment and optimisation opportunities for existing exposures.
- Degree qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience within structured finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, energy finance or leveraged financing environments.
- Demonstrated track record originating and closing transactions across energy, infrastructure and transportation sectors.
- Significant Australia deal experience, including direct exposure to Australian project finance, infrastructure financing or energy-sector transactions.
- Strong expertise in credit analysis, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment.
- Thorough understanding of transaction documentation, due diligence processes, syndication and capital structuring.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across front office, risk, legal and operational functions.
