Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Support the Finance Business Partner with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, including preparing reports and analysing financial performance
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights to stakeholders
• Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations, data validation, and addressing discrepancies
• Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support, including data extraction, reporting, and assisting with process improvements

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in a commercial finance or financial analyst role, with strong exposure to business performance and operational reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into meaningful outcomes
• High level of attention to detail, with solid Excel and financial modelling capability
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
• Holds CPA/ CA qualification or working towards
