The Company

Our client is a leading Asia-focused investment platform with a strong track record across private and public market investments. As part of the continued growth of its Public Markets business, the firm is seeking a Finance & Operations professional to support investment operations, portfolio oversight, and fund-related activities within a dynamic and fast-paced investment environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Public Markets team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational and financial activities across the investment lifecycle. This includes trade execution support, IPO subscriptions, settlement and post-trade processing, portfolio operations, cash management, reconciliations, corporate actions, fund accounting oversight, NAV reviews, portfolio valuations, and financial reporting. You will also support fund lifecycle activities such as capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, audits, and coordination with fund administrators, while partnering closely with portfolio managers, brokers, custodians, prime brokers, and other service providers to ensure smooth transaction processing and operational excellence.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with relevant experience in investment operations, fund operations, fund accounting, audit, accounting, or financial services. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, and have a keen interest in public markets and investments. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain robust operational controls while supporting reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
