About Our Client

Our client is a private equity/private credit fund management firm that invests across multiple Asian markets.

Job Description

Work on operations, valuation & accounting works for funds and management company, including:

1. Cash management and settlement/reconciliation
2. Liaison with custodians and brokers
3. Preparation of return analysis and investment reports
4. Prepare and maintain accounts and records of investment projects. Provide support for valuation and any ad-hoc matters
5. Assist in preparation of financial statements, annual reports and tax filing for funds and management company
6. Participate in system migration/update and other efficiency enhancement projects in accounting/operations

The Successful Applicant

1. Strong excel/programming skills interested in handling and continual improvement in investment data/investor reporting,
2. Experienced in settlements, liaison w service providers on matters related to subscription/redemption/reconciliation, etc
3. A bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
4. Strong in excel and knowledge in VBA is a plus
5. Proactive, independent and capable to work under pressure
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
