Job Description
Fund Operations and Finance Support
* Assist with fund operations, audit processes and service-provider management
* Support treasury and cash management activities, including payment and processing support
* Assist with capital calls, NAV reporting, capital account statements and other fund admin matters
Compliance and Corporate Administration
* Support investor onboarding, KYC, AML/CFT and other compliance processes
* Assist with corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory administration matters
* Coordinate statutory filings and related corporate administration requirements
Investor Operations
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and other firm-related activities
* Support AGM preparation, investor logistics, reporting calendars and administrative follow-ups
* Maintain records, trackers, document control, filing and general office administration
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in fund operations, finance, or professional services
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accountability
- Confident working with stakeholders across seniority levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Prior exposure to fund administration, service providers or Audit is advantageous
