Our client is a well-established and growing financial services organisation seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance to support senior leadership and drive financial performance. Your new role
Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering with senior leadership, this Head of Finance role offers end-to-end ownership of financial reporting, cashflow, compliance and forecasting, while providing commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. The position combines hands-on financial control with leadership responsibility, overseeing finance operations, improving systems and processes, and managing key stakeholder relationships including auditors and advisors
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role

Strong technical accounting and compliance background

Track record of improving processes, systems and reporting

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

Experience in financial services or regulated environments highly regarded
