Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Associate to join our small, high-performing team in Hong Kong. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with the Portfolio Manager to source, analyze, and conduct due diligence on hedge fund managers globally. Your work will be instrumental in building and monitoring a sophisticated portfolio of hedge fund investments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, with a preference for prior exposures to public markets.
2. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
3. Proven ability to manage, analyze, and present large datasets in a clear and logical manner.
4. Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in financial markets, investment strategies, and hedge funds.
5. A fast learner and a self-starter, capable of working autonomously in a lean team environment.
6. Strong work ethic, high level of self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
