Description

Our client is large investment fund based offshore, who is looking for a risk professional to join their investment team.

Responsibilties include:

• Reviewing and analyzing prospective investments,
• Assisting with distressed asset analysis, and monitoring portfolio risks.
• Collaborating with various teams to provide independent insights, support valuation reviews, enhance governance and compliance practices, and evaluate tools to improve research and reporting.
• Contribute to strengthening the organization's risk management framework.
• Delivering actionable risk insights to senior stakeholders

The ideal candidate could come from Private Equity or Private Credit investment teams, have 5-10 years experience in front office or corporate finance investments. Experience in financial modeling and an understanding of financal and capital markets, valuations and capital structuring.
