Description

A well-established Greater China equity investment firm is hiring an Operations Manager into a lean, high-ownership middle/back-office team in Hong Kong. This is a hands-on seat for someone who wants to own the trade lifecycle, not sit in a layer of process.

What you'll do

1. Own daily trade operations across cash equities and equity swaps - booking, settlement, reconciliation, confirmation, and broker/counterparty communication
2. Run the full lifecycle of listed and OTC derivatives, plus corporate actions
3. Prepare monthly risk reports and portfolio data for investors; support IR reporting
4. Partner with IT to drive automation, scripting, and workflow standardisation

You'll bring

1. ~5-9 years of hands-on trade/middle-office operations - gained at a hedge fund, asset manager, or a prime-brokerage equity desk
2. Strong cash-equities and equity-swaps lifecycle knowledge; derivatives and corporate-actions experience
3. A genuinely self-sufficient, detail-first approach and the drive to improve how things run
4. Professional English and working Mandarin
5. Enfusion experience a plus; comfort with automation / AI tools a strong plus
