The Role

• As Treasurer, you will take ownership of the company's treasury function, ensuring strong cash flow management, liquidity planning and financial risk oversight.
• Lead day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, banking relationships and funding activities.
• Monitor and manage working capital to support business performance and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, providing clear visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee debt management, financing arrangements and compliance with banking covenants and internal controls.
• Identify and manage treasury-related risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate and liquidity exposure where relevant.
• Partner closely with finance, operations and executive leadership to support business planning and key commercial decisions.
• Drive process improvements across treasury systems, reporting and controls to enhance efficiency and governance.
• Prepare treasury reporting and insights for senior leadership, helping shape financial strategy and decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor across the business, bringing a proactive and commercially minded approach to treasury management.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior treasury or corporate finance role, ideally within a product-led, industrial, manufacturing, machinery or related environment.
• Strong technical understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking facilities, debt structures and financial risk management.
• Confident managing senior stakeholder and banking relationships, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical capability and a natural ability to turn financial data into practical business insight.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to work autonomously and lead through change.
• Strong knowledge of treasury controls, compliance and governance best practice.
• Relevant finance, accounting or treasury qualifications will be highly regarded.
