The Company

Our client is a fast-growing logistics company with a strong regional footprint. They are now seeking a Treasury Manager to own treasury operations and manage regional cash & banking coordination.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end treasury operations including cash management, liquidity monitoring, and daily cash positioning.
• Oversee cash forecasting and partner with Finance/Business teams to ensure accurate short- and mid-term liquidity plans.
• Support regional treasury activities, coordinating with subsidiaries/regions on cash pooling, bank relationships, payments, and funding requirements.
• Oversee banking operations such as payments/collections controls, bank fee optimization, account maintenance, and signatory administration.
• Ensure treasury policies and controls are followed (e.g., payment approvals, bank mandates, and compliance procedures).
• Handle working capital initiatives in partnership with Supply Chain/Operations-improving cash conversion and reducing financial leakage.
• Participate in deal / transaction structuring support related to treasury aspects (e.g., funding, payment terms, financial risk considerations).

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years relevant experience in treasury operations / cash management (regional exposure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment workflows, treasury controls, and liquidity/cash forecasting.
• Experience coordinating across multiple entities/regions and managing stakeholders effectively.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Immediately available is preferred
